Receipt Journal and Receipt Configuration

Chronological printout of receipt copies together with the shift accounting and two different types of receipts - these are the highlights of this HALE solution!

The HALE receipt journal simplifies storage.

HALE receipt journal

Chronological printout of receipt copies at the end of a shift

In the owner mode of the HALE mirror taximeters SPT-02 or SPT-01 and the taximeter Microtax-06 the receipt journal can be activated. Every receipt is printed only once after a trip. All trip records, however, remain stored on the internal memory of the mirror taximeter. At the end of the shift all receipts of this shift are printed chronologically - the receipt journal.

Neither losing nor sorting

Storing and sorting of single copies isn't necessary any longer - no receipt copies can get lost during a busy day. Together with the accounting at the end of a shift, the owner is handed over all information on only one printout.

Paper-saving

Headers and footers of the single receipts can be omitted on the receipt journal so that paper consumption is reduced and the receipt journal appears in a clear and concise layout.

Two types of receipts

If the fare exceeds a certain value, the following can be printed on the receipts additionally:

  • continuous receipt number
  • invoice recipient
  • net value
  • VAT-rate and VAT-value

Receipts of less value automatically contain less information and can be printed without a continious receipt number.
