Reasonable HALE solution for the new flemish regulation

HALE offers a reasonable solution for the new Randapparatuur regulation in the Flemish part of Belgium. The Randapparatuur function is integrated in the taximeter, no expensive additional appliances like on-board computers are necessary. This system is based on a navigation system.

The printouts comply with the Flemish requirements:

  • Receipts with the following details:
    - place of departure and destination
    - driver name
    - taxi ID
    - used tariff
    - driven kilometers
    - fare incl. details
    - number for complaints
  • Shift report (Dienststaat)
  • Control report

For systems integrators or data radio companies we offer a protocol on RS 232 to implement the Flemish requirements and additonal features as trip and shift data upload.
