The HALE Cey-System (Cey = Chip + Key) simplifies the accounting of trips and shifts. Your driver brings money and data and you know, what's going on in your taxi-cabs!

HALE Cey-System is the ideal solution for the accounting of taxi- or car-rental companies. This complete solution from one competent source consists of few parts and does not require expensive additional appliances.

Most taxi owners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland already trust in the HALE Cey-System and entrepreneurs from all over the world are following their example. The feedback of these experienced users is completely positive and achievements such as the rapid amortisation of investment costs and a notable increase of control and efficiency are pointed out.

At the beginning a shift, the driver activates the taximeter by putting the driver-Cey into the taxi's Cey-contact. During the trip, all important data is recorded and transferred to the driver-Cey at the end of the shift.

The shift data is transfered from the driver-Cey to the PC via Cey-Contacts. Then, driver and owner accounting can be done and all data can be recorded and processed.

Driver-Cey functions:

  • for driver identification, necessary for initialisation of the taximeter

  • memory capacity: about 800 trips, up to 31 shifts (8 kByte)

Owner-Cey functions:

  • access to all data and counters
